Commissions are "First Come, First Served"
Currently, I am only taking private commissions. Meaning, money is not being made from these images. Commercial commissions; youtube/twitch/patreon, book covers and the like. These commissions will not be accepted until I can price them accordingly, and figure out how I would like to charge for copyright.
Commission status can be viewed on Trello.I.
When the commission is accepted, payment info will be sent and payment will need to be complete in order for me to start the commission.II.
Bigger commissions will take time. I will likely bounce around commissions in order to shorten the list so I don't feel overwhelmed.III.
I will send updates for the initial sketch, cleaned art (in some cases) and the color composition. Revisions are welcome during this time. 2 minor revisions are accepted after the final draft is sent. Additional revisions or any major changes will be an additional cost based on how severe the changes are.IV.
Commissions make take more time depending on my health, family situations, deadlines and complexity of the commission. I can give an estimate on time, but that is always subject to change. If you cannot wait, please pay more for a faster deadline, or consider waiting until the commission queue is shorter for me.V.
Your commission will be sent as a full resolution digital file to your email and/or DM.

Payment

Paypal (USD)After the details of the commission is discussed, I will send an invoice to the commissioner. I start the commission after I am paid. This is to ensure that I receive payment for my workYou may request a WIP after you pay for you commission.I will not accept any payments before I have approved your commission. Any payments sent before the approval status will be immediately refunded and the commission declined.There is a 3 day grace period for payment to be received. If I am not paid within that time, your commission will be declined and I will move onto the next commissioner.If you have any troubles with payment, notify me within that timefame.Any commission over $200 can be paid half upfront and half after the commission is done.This must be discussed before the invoice is sent with my approval to avoid any confusion.Refunds/ChargebacksRefunds are only possible during the process of the commission. Not after the final product is sent to the commissioner. If you need your money back contact me immediately!The commissioner does not hold any rights to use any WIPs created from cancelled commissions.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will also be forbidden to commission me ever again.I have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money given to me for the finished product.

Copyright

The commissioner is allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwisePrint the artClaim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itselfPublicly post the artwork online/offline with proper credit given to the artist as mentioned in the general terms.I, the artist, am allowed to:Hold every right to the produced drawing, but not the character(s)Use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself onlinePublish books with itDisplay it anywhere to my likingPost it wherever I want* (Check the "Private Commissions" section for more information)Copyright infringementReproducing, distribution, and/or using the copyrighted artwork commercially without first agreeing to it with I, the artist (Meaning making money off of it in any way without it first being agreed upon)Taking credit for the creation of the artwork/No proper credit of said work when repostedRemoving any watermarks/signatures from my WIPs and using themAltering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consentIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and you will be forbidden to commission me again. A warning will also be sent out to others.

Commission Prices & Rates

Prices are adjusted based on how many characters and how much detail is involved in the commission. A few revisions are included in the commission price, but more than 5 or substantial changes after approval come with an increased cost.
Backgrounds will either be white, grey, or a very simple color scheme.Additional Characters cost 50% More.
